Supplementing formula
As of right now I’m not making enough to feed my daughter I’ve gone through what’s in the freezer and just had to go buy formula today, how should I supplement between milk and formula,what’s the best formula to buy for supplementing and how can I get my milk production to go back up 😭😭😭😭
