Weaning @ 9.5 months
My son eats whatever we eat plus his normal 10-16 oz of breastmilk daily and night nursing.
He doesn’t always finish his milk during the day. He wasted a good 4 oz yesterday. I have a stash saved up but it’ll only last him until he’s 10 months old. I want to stop breastfeeding because I don’t sleep well at night and after almost 10 months I want us to get our sleep routine in check. He has to feed multiple times a night either for comfort or maybe to eat. I’m not sure. He takes formula fine. Would rather breastmilk but formula will work. Has anyone gotten the ok from the pediatrician to just feed baby regular food instead of breastmilk or formula? Would I be crazy to ask that since he eats pretty much any food I eat.
