she was my best friend but as sad as this story is, me and my husband tried to be as close to her as possible so we can just get her the help she needs because of my 7 year old nephew. She is a extreme drug addict from meth to heroin to many things. we let her in many times. tried to speak to her, make sure she's okay and all that. So she started to get close to my husband texting him everyday even to the point my husband told her text your sis not me and tried to make lies about me to him and I would go to her to tell her our issue and she would tell me just leave him girl you don't need him and tell me things like he told me he's tired of the marriage and wants to leave you. So took it upon myself to go and print out their text msgs. I did that and omg what she was saying to him was unbelievable I couldn't believe my own blood would say that about me and saw my husband blocked her from his phone and he showed me everything after I confronted him. anyway so I told her why would you do that she started crying and all that she had no where to go so I let her stay that night at my home. when I tell you she didn't sleep that whole night you wouldn't believe me she scared me from how she didn't eat and look of her face. So for the safety for our kids we kicked her out. She has sent threatening text msgs from I'm gonna make sure your either divorced or suffering and I don't care about going to jail to banging on my Windows late at night and running off to the deal breaker here is putting batteries in my gas tank which God is great because that day we found them my car stalled out on me. Anyone know any type of legal advice I've tried calling the police making police reports to restraining orders against her what can I do in this case I feel like we are living in fear by a person that can't even get their life together.
