Okay my boyfriend is 28 and doesn't have his license because he had got tickets 10 years ago n over he has like 11 that include smoking cigarettes under 18 and driving without a license and one for having weed on him again all of them yearsss ago ok so he's trying to get it now does anyone know if total has gone down because of all the time passed or does he have to pay each of them

my license was previously suspended for an old ticket and apparently you have to pay a fee for like 3 years if you drive without insurance and I had no clue.. 
anyway, what I did was Google is my license suspended (I also put my state) and it should take you to the link for the DMV or dps and when he puts in his information is should list everything there. * be aware though, at least for my state, it showed what was needed but I had to go to 10 different places to figure out how much the fee and everything was * 
also, once you think everything is paid, he's probably gonna find out there's  ANOTHER thing owed so calling the main drivers license office for your state will also help.
