Might be pregnant !

I’m a mom of two. I have a 2 year old son & a 1 year old daughter. Both my pregnancy were very different . My period was suppose to be March 1st & I’m really late. Since I been on this app I been having my period always on time & I haven’t missed one. Once before i was late & i did spot but I was really stressed. This time I’m very happy & been fine. We do not use protection & there is a huge chance I might be pregnant. I have taken 3 test so far & they are all negative. I’m not if I’m too early or I might not be pregnant. Please help!!!!
