I need answers

I’ve been TTC since Halloween. Well I feel like I’m going crazy cuz I’m not pregnant yet. This month we have had sex just about everyday during ovulation and a few days before ovulation. After 12 days I started spotting....accounting to Glow that was day 1 of my period. “Day 2” it was very light flow and dark. “Day 3” today, it’s just super dark spots. Wore a panty liner all day and just looked like dark discharge. Took a pregnancy test tonight and it was negative. What should I do? Test again? Wait longer? What?
