Even when the relationship was toxic we tend to grieve because we often think of what could of been if the other person was different. It’s okay to grieve, this is just a phase of healing and will get better in time. It’s never okay to bottle up your emotions when you want to cry, cry when you’re angry go to the gym or go someplace to clear your thoughts. Better things are coming... hang in there.
