Hey guys! 40w and 2d, I’m at l&d; but they won’t admit me until I’m 5cm, I’m currently 3cm fully thinned out, they sent me out to walk around the hospital until 1am (it’s 11:13pm right now) any tips on how to help dilate faster? TIA
