Skin rash??

I don’t know if it’s eczema or what but I have had a flare of some kind on my ankle. A little leathery patch I had itched and spread to a larger area. It’s red, leathery and bumpy. It has been over the past two weeks or so. At first I thought it could have been a new detergent but then we switched back to the old. I was reading online about how the skin changes during pregnancy. Do any of you have anything like this? This time of year my skin is also just so dry, it’s driving me cray 😜
