Artificial sweeteners
So since January I have been on weight watchers (lost 25 lbs) and then I found out I was pregnant a couple of days ago. It’s been really hard for me to switch my way of thinking from diet mode.
I am still eating healthy but I was eating artificial sugars (Splenda, stevia, sweet n low occasionally). I’ve read conflicting things about artificial sweeteners. Obviously I’m going to try to avoid them all together but I also don’t want to go back to regular sugar and gain too much weight. With my first pregnancy I gained 40 lbs and I didn’t get it all the way off until I did weight watchers.
I’ve heard stevia and Splenda are ok to use, what do y’all think?
