HCG dropped but no signs of MC

Here is my history of blood draws:

13 dpo - hcg 9

15 dpo - hcg 35

22 dpo - hcg 702

24 dpo (yesterday) - hcg 496

But I have no signs of miscarriage. I had a U/S done yesterday to rule out ectopic, but they couldn’t see anything at all, which isn’t out of the ordinary for 5 weeks 2 days. Is there any hope that this was just a fluke test? I go back in on Monday (27 dpo) to test again, but I swear the wait is going to kill me!
