Paraguard

Okay so I’ve had my Paraguard for 12 days now. I was spotting for the first 2 days & it stopped. On the 3rd or the 4th day I had sex & it’s like I started spotting again & been on & off since then (which I know is normal). It’s not bad, but it’s like a dark brownish color. Not only that, I feel like it’s been smelly kinda funny down there. 3 months ago, I had urinary tract infection (where my pee smelled funky). I feel like it’s smelling the same way it did when I had it. Is it possible it can be a UTI again?
