The pill and pregnancy

I’ve been on the same pill for over a year now and take it for three weeks and have three off for a period. I’ve had my period normal every week since the first time taking it but this time, I haven’t had it yet. It usually doesn’t come until the 6th day of not taking my tablet but this is late itself. It’s the 6th day now but I’ll be taking the tablet again soon so my period wouldn’t usually come any later than this. It usually only lasts a couple of days. Could it be possible that my body has just skipped out a period or that I could be pregnant? I don’t believe I’ve had any prominent symptoms. Ps I’ve taken my tablet as I should’ve done pretty much every day, sometimes an hour late but rarely. My last period was 10th Feb and lasted 3 days and I’ve had sex a few times since then, at least once every week. The last time was Tuesday 6th March. Sorry it’s long winded hope someone can assist
