5 weeks 4 days Bleeding

Hi guys... I wanted to know if yall ever experienced with vaginal bleeding like if you’re on your period followed by mild cramps ? I did a vaginal ultrasound and there was nothing to see. Is it still early ? Also dr did a pee test and came back faint positive .I had small clots as well... I know i’m suppose to take it easy and relax. Has anyone ever experienced and had a successful pregnancy after? Please tell me everything will be okay. Tell me you guys stories. Also i took so many pregnancy tests to see if it’ll get darker...let me know please...

Is there still a possibility i’m still pregnant?
