Help I’m freaking out

Hello ladies please give me some advice I am 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I have start bleeding last night it is very little only on the toilet paper when I wipe no cramps no clotting it’s very pale pink I don’t know what to think. Alittle back story me and my boyfriend have Been Ttc for 7 months we had a miscarriage in December and I’m just very worried about he bleeding I can’t see a doc till Monday is this normal to bleed anyone else bleed loke this and have a healthy pregnancy?
