Can’t believe my eyes

So backstory I have PCOS and a 10 month old! It took us 2 1/2 years to conceive our son and took a fertility specialist and 2 IUIs so after I gave birth we decided to see if it would happen naturally well I still wasn’t getting a period so I decided to start taking vitex, at first my period was still pretty spaced out but more normal than anything in the past 4 years. Last month I finally decided to buy OPKs just to see if I would get a positive well I did after I felt some pains that I thought might be from ovulation but I figured it was nothing but we still decided to baby dance and had 2 nights before. Fast forward 2 weeks and here we are never in a million years did I think I could conceive a child without the help of modern medicine.
