10w 3d.... but my little peanut wasn’t meant to be. First pregnancy first miscarriage, please tell me how to deal with this?! I can’t cope. I see the doctor on Tuesday for my scan but midwife at hospital said it doesn’t look great. What a horrible feeling 💔💔💔
