Help!!

I’ve had 2 previous miscarriages very early on and I tested on Thursday as I had missed my period and got the faintest of lines ive been testing since and they’re still very faint I went to bed last night feeling something was just up and this morning I’ve stared getting period like cramps and what started as light pink blood had gone like a weird light brown sort of colour i should be around 4 weeks I haven’t been to the doctor yet I don’t know what to do I can’t stop crying I don’t want to go through this again I have all sorts going through my head has anyone experienced this while pregnant and can anyone advise me on the best thing to do I don’t have any other children so all this is brand new
