Drank water and threw it up.... what the hell was that about? Someone explain why I threw up WATER!!

I couldn't keep down plain water with my first. This time I'm putting lemon in and making sure it's ice cold, or else I'll throw it up

My last pregnancy I couldn’t tolerate plain water. I drank a lot of diluted gatorade and water with “true lemon” packets.

when I got deathly sick and couldn't keep anything down, everything tasted like acid. I drank small sips of water every minute. and then when I felt comfortable enough I drank chocolate milk to help with the sugar levels or Gatorade helps too.

Perhaps you drank too much too quickly. That happened to me before my last ultrasound, I was trying to fill up that bladder!
