HELP!! Cycle after hysteroscopy.

Hello all! I recently had a polypectomy, a d&c;, a cyst drained and an HSG all done on the 14 of February. My af was due on the 26th but I was 5 days late starting on the 3rd, if going by when my af started I am only on cycle day 8. However, I have just received a positive opk!!!!!

If I were to stick to the schedule of the original date of the missed af then I am on cycle day 13.....

I AM SO CONFUSED!!!

I am using donor sperm at $1300 a pop so I have a lot riding on each cycle. I am 6 months ttc and trying to understand the mystical world of fertility. Basically I am asking has anyone else had a hysteroscopy, hsg, or polypectomy and have a wonky cycle? I have scheduled my iui for tomorrow but I am concerned my egg will not be healthy.

UPDATE!!!

Went in today to get an ultrasound before my iui procedure and no follicle over 10 mm 😳😧😐.

I took 5 opks and they were all positive yesterday. WTF... we did a blood test and my levels are consistent with ovulation on Friday/ Saturday. I am even more confused than before...
