Breast reduction & pregnancy symptoms

Has anyone had a breast reduction and had pregnancy symptoms in the breasts? Like pain or soreness in the breast or nipples? I’m not sure yet if I’m pregnant or not but wondering if I will feel those symptoms since they seem to be everyone’s first symptom in early early pregnancy before a BFP. I hardly had any feeling in my breasts so not sure if I’m not feeling anything because I’m not pregnant yet or because of the reduction. I had pinkish when I wiped a couple of times and twinge of pain on my lower abdomen yesterday 4DPO and not sure that it’s IB yet just yet.
