Bleeding between periods?

Has anyone here suffered from dysfunctional bleeding (bleeding in between periods?

How would you describe it? How did it appear? Did it come & go over days? How long did it last? Cramping - how’d it feel?

I have been having what they’re calling “dysfunctional” bleeding for 1 week now and well for ME it’s NOT normal. He keeps stopping then I’ll spot, then I’ll bleed. It’ll be pink and then it’ll be DARK almost chocolate looking in color.

I’m getting in contact with my new OB again about it but I’m thinking I had a cyst rupture Sat March 3rd and I started “bleeding” or doing all this Sunday night... could it still be from that and if so since it’s coming out weird should I be concerned? Or for you guys was this normal?
