Hoping it's nothing more than side affects of stopping birth control..

I stopped taking my birth control back in mid November so I know it hasn't been very long but I haven't been regular with my period at all sense then. I spotted for a few days right after I stopped taking it and then had an almost two week long period at the end of December/beginning of January and nothing sense. I was on birth control for about 7yrs so idk if that's why but I find it weird that I've had nothing for a couple months now. I've taken pregnancy tests too so I know I'm not pregnant yet. Could this mean I'll have troubles getting pregnant?
