Has anyone tried products with any luck?

I've been looking at FertiliTea, pink stork tea, premama, OvaBoost, Vitex, I've used preseed and the one a day pre pregnancy couples pack. And thing else anyone would recommend,

I used vitex and maca and conceived the first month. A friend of mine used vitex and red clover and has conceived 3 times - each the first month using it that time around. 
Haven’t ever used preseed but did use evening primrose oil to help with EWCM which did the same thing

🙋🏽‍♀️ preseed .. used it for the first time in February only twice.. got our BFP. TTC for 1 year 1/2.😬
