80 day obsession &ttc
Anyone doing 80 day obsession & ttc? After a miscarriage at 11 weeks in December I started with 21 day fix in January. Period came back and had an HSG. Started 80 day obsession. Lost 17 lbs since January 1. Cycles have been a bit out whack since returning. Is 80 day obsession too intense? Thoughts. Advice??
