Is it possible to get pregnant on Nexplanon?

I got it about one year ago. I have not gotten a period since expect February 14, 2018. My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex and he ejaculates in me about 4 to 5x a week. Could I have ovulated the 2 weeks after my period randomly...? I took a pregnancy test about a week ago and it came back negative. This morning I threw up so violently, and I never throw up. Could I have gotten pregnant after my period somehow and it not show up yet? Is that even possible to get pregnant on the implant? Thanks!
