Yeast infection??

I’ve had one before but this is different. I’m having A LOT of yellow discharge thats milky and a little clumpy but no itching at the vaginal opening like I have in the past. But I am super itchy around my clitoris area! Been a few days and am pregnant.

Could this be yeast infection even though itching is in a different location than my past infection? Also had a pap done last Monday but haven’t heard from the doctor and wasn’t having these symptoms at the time.
