High viscosity on semen analysis

Has anyone else had their husband/SO with high viscosity on a semen analysis? My husband has had a semen analysis twice and everything looks GREAT except it's not liquefying as it should..

We are having a ton of trouble finding any information about high viscosity and our chances of conceiving.

All of my blood work looks great. My HSG was normal.

The thickness of his semen is the only thing the doctors have found that could possibly be causing us to struggle getting pregnant.

Looking for anyone with a similar situation, any hope, etc..
