What’s the possibility of getting pregnant without having sex?

So I’m a virgin. Never had sex, never gave or received oral, nothing more then kissing. I’m going to sound absolutely insane I’m this so I’m sorry but I’m so confused right now. The past few weeks I’ve been having all the symptoms of pregnancy but I didn’t think I could be pregnant since I’ve never had sex. My friend told me to take a test and I kept telling her no because I couldn’t be pregnant. Eventually I just took it so she’d be quiet but then it came back positive. It was blue dye so I thought I’d take a pink dye one and that came back positive too. Then I took a many more over the next days as well as a digital, all positive. I’m honestly so confused because I’ve never had sex yet some how this is happening... I have a doctors appointment tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone on here could have any idea what’s going on...

Update: I’m not pregnant and no tests are coming back positive. I honestly can’t explain what happened 🤷🏽‍♀️
