Bloated belly!
Hello ladies of fitness!! I'm looking for some input on how to minimize my bloated belly. I'm a pretty healthy person and I've been a fitness nut for years. I know how to lose weight effectively and safely, and I know how to build muscle where I want it. HOWEVER, over the last several months, I've completely let myself go.. not for bad reasons, I've just gotten very comfortable and unfortunately I've put on about 15-20 lbs and lost a lot of muscle (again, I know how to fix all that, and I'm getting back into the swing of things). What I don't know and what I desperately need your help with is, my belly is SO bloated since the weight gain that I actually look 4 months pregnant!! I'm not used to this body frame, as I'm 5'7 and am used to having a flat belly and weighing about 130lbs. How can I get rid of this bloat while I'm getting my body back??
