9 Days Late

My period is 9...going on 10 days late! I’ve tested a few times to see if I’m pregnant, but got negative results. This morning when I tested I thought I could see the tiniest faint of a second line. Not sure if it was an evaporation line or what? My husband and I have been trying for 7 months, I am hoping this is it for us! I have been dealing with lots of stress lately, but in the past, when I’ve dealt with stress, it never made my period this late before! Maybe a day or two late at most! Has anyone ever been 9-10 days late, had negative pregnancy tests, and ended up being pregnant!?! I made an appointment this Friday to get my blood tested. I don’t want to get my hopes up....but I was curious if others have gone through this, which I’m sure there has!
