VEGAN BEGINNERS PLAN
Ive been interested in turning vegan for a few years now but i feel that meals can get boring and can be expensive.
Could anyone help with providing a vegan beginners meal plan for a week? I feel if I can start on a weekly schedule, it will help me progress into setting my own meal plan.
I love animals and cannot handle seeing them tortured nor killed for consumption. I feel that if I can’t handle that then why should I be eating it right? Any help would be much appreciated . Thank you
