Open incision?!!

So I’m two weeks post surgery and the middle of my incision has opened a tiny bit. It has an orange/red liquid coming out which I’m assuming is just body fluid and blood. It’s not oozing a lot but it is red around the area. There’s no fever but I am hurting. Is this normal?? Has anyone had this happen or does anyone know what the doctor will do? I’m going to go in tomorrow morning to make sure everything is ok. I’m just a little worried right now

Mine opened too. It was because I was doing far too much physical activity too soon. I had a major post op infection while my wound was closed and when I got home the wound opened and I went back on antibiotics incase of infection in the wound. 
I just had to do as little as possible and keep it clean and dry. I would run the shower head on it and pat dry with separate clean towel every time

I noticed I had some oozing from an opening 1 week pp so I did some research and changed up my bathing routine. Make sure u are bathing with fragrance free soaps. I am using dial. I hate that stuff for my skin but it has kept the opening in my scar clean and oozing free and it’s starting to heal/close up. When I shower I pat my scar with the rag and a little soap and I make sure to rinse very well. After I shower I put my hairdryer on cool and make sure it’s extra dry before getting dressed. I also bought some white underwear a few sizes to big and I roll them up around the waistline and set it over my scar to keep track of any leaking. I’m at 2weeks pp and everything is looking good for my scar now. The opening is closing up nicely.

Its happened to me and when you go in for your checkup they will give you gauze (I misspelled that) I think...
You'll have to insert in the part that's opened until it heals up more than it was before. And you change the gauze whenever it fills up or when before that. But you'll need a second hand for sure

Keep it dry and clean until you get to the doctor because it could be an infection. Dry is the best way to keep infection away! That happened to me, it took a little bit of a little oozing for more liquid to come gushing out. Good luck!!
