Twin parents - must have go to item?

Hi All, I’m excepting twin boys in August and I’m starting my registry. What is 1 item that you could not live without during their first year that really helped them or you?

I'm only three weeks in, but here is what's working so far...
Slim Spaces swings - most swings are huge, these are not. We got them for $50 each on sale. The babies spend a lot of the day in there, since I can only really handle one at a time at this point. Only downside is they're battery operated, not plug in.
Twin Breast Feeding pillow - I've already given up BF in favor of pumping, because I just wasn't a fan,  up when I was doing it, I was really happy with the Brest Friend Twin pillow. It was very firm and was like a table I could set them on to eat. I also have a Twin-Z that another twin mom gave me. It was too soft for my liking to breastfeed, but we have it set up in the living room with blankets on it and my twins love to sleep in/on it.
Rock and Plays - another thing donated by a friend. It wasn't my intention to use them for sleeping, but it's what has ended up working best overnight. We had planned on using the twin pack and play as a bassinet, but my guys so far seem to hate laying completely flat. 
Pack and Plays - we got a couple inexpensive Pack and Plays on sale that had the diaper changer/bassinet top. We have one set up in our living room and one in our basement den. It's a great baby station to store extra diapers, clothes, creams, etc. so you don't have to constantly stomp up to the nursery. Once I'm downstairs for the day, I have everything I need at my finger tips.

I don't have twins but I have 2 close in age and my friend with twins has the same double stroller....city select. You can use it with 2 carseats and it configures in so many ways. She loved it, so did I! She also said a baby wrap was a lifesaver so if baby was fussy she could hold the fussy one but still have hands free for the other.
