first time dad gets frustrated

hey ladies, idk if i need advice or im just venting.. but let me know if youve had similar experiences and what you did.

i have an amazing man, he cooks for me and helps out with the animals and everything else.. except our son. i had a csections 3 weeks ago and I've done everything by by myself when it comes to our baby. he tries, we introduced a bottle so he could help out at night but he doesn't get up because he wants me to wake up with him and i don't see a point. he will wake up around 5 or 6 am and watch the baby until 8 or 9 so i can get more sleep but i have to feed and get him back to sleep first. he gets soo frustrated when it comes to our newborn and i can't even nap without him waking me up because hes frustrated with him. he gets so angry and I've tried helping him by showing him what i do to calm him downand stuff like that buti just don't know what to do or how to help him. im exhausted and really need him to be able to do shit for a couple hours so i can sleep or just get a break..
