I’m sure I can feel baby from the outside at 21 weeks and partner is sure he felt her too.. is it all in our head?

I felt kicking at 16w and so just felt them for the first time at almost 19w

Absolutely not in your head. In my first pregnancy me, my mom and my ex bf felt baby kick from the outside at 20weeks. In my second and third pregnancy my hubby and I could feel it from the outside at 16 weeks.
