Preeclampsia without high BP?

Has anyone has preeclampsia without the common high BP? What were your experiences? I’ve had persistent headache and trouble seeing since Saturday (now Thursday)... I’ve almost passed out 4 times and this last time I had awful rib pain prior to vomiting. My doctor sent me to the OB ER & they dismissed everything and said I was fine because my BP was fine. I didn’t even think preeclampsia when I went in there and even with their max strength medication STILL have a headache with no history of migraines. I just don’t know if I should let this go and trust that its normal or push for testing? My drs out of town. 😭
