Hematoma / subchorionic hemmorhage at 8+3

Hi ladies, hoping to hear of your experiences if you've been diagnosed with a SCH in first tri. Went in for an ultrasound a couple of days ago, healthy heartbeat and baby looked great, all other measurements were good but the ultrasound tech did find a "tiny" hematoma. The doctor said it's somewhat common and they typically tend to re-absorb back into the body within a week or two, but it can lead to the placenta breaking off from the uterine wall and causing miscarriage. Doctor said not to worry and that we just had to "wait and see" 🙄 if it goes way on its own. Haven't had any bleeding yet, and have another ultrasound in a week to check if it's grown or gone away.

Has anyone gone through this? Trying not to worry but we miscarried back in November so concerned this is going to be MC #2 💔
