Anyone take Zyrtec or Claritin there entire pregnancy?

Both were on the safe list the doctor gave me but I have been needing to take it everyday I have terrible allergies spring/summer and benadryl puts me to sleep so that not an option to use everyday.

Claritin/Zyrtec are really safe. I didn’t take them the whole time, but there was a good month long span in my second trimester where I did. Doctors are so cautious with drugs and pregnancy, the ones they ok for over the counter are very very safe.

I took Zyrtec the entire time for both my pregnancies. Both babies are great.

I've been on Claritin since day 1, and my doctor said it's the prescription he most frequently approves during pregnancy. We preggos already suffer enough, there's no reason to be absolutely miserable. 😉

I take Allegra every day since Claritin is worthless for me. Usually I take Xyzal for allergies and I can’t wait to get back to it!
