what are the best positions to lay in after having sex so that i can get pregnant (faster)? I usually lie down with mt legs crossed in the air but onky for about 3 minutes before my man rushes me to clean up.
is there a certain amount of time I would have to wait with the sperm inside of me before I clean it out?

time and positions don't work in that manner. Sperm get to where they need to be before he can roll off of you. What matters is correlating sex with ovulation.

Sperm gets to where it needs to be in seconds.  Semen is what leaks out and you clean up. Some people say laying with your legs up helps but you don't have to. I have 3 kids and never once laid with my legs in the air lol

We tried that nun worked except once he ejaculated inside he kep pumping like I think tht made it push up there unlike when u lay down legs n air etc sun drip out this way he keep pumping after he ejaculate and lay in it after for a few seconds to give his swimmers time to swim lol n I was preg only thing that worked

Don’t rely on the app to tell you when you are ovulating. Get OPKs. Keeping your legs in the air isn’t gonna do nothing.
