Breastfeeding moms do you crave for sugar and carbs like all the time..?
I have never been a sugar lover, never craved for chocolate, never eaten a slice of cake in my entire life. Hate sodas, never cared for ice cream, cookies or candies etc. HOWEVER along with breast feeding I started to crave for carbs specifically the ones that are fatty and sweet. I would still not consider my self a huge fan of sugar but I can’t keep dreaming about short bread cookies, dark chocolate, bread and nut butters... I started dieting and exercising at 4 month postpartum and successfully staying away from all of the above but I think about them all the time, even dreaming about eating cookies almost every night... I am also diabetic so I can’t eat them too much anyway but with breast feeding not being able to eat them became a huge issue...Anybody have the same issue?
