Rough sex? Latex allergy? Friction bump? But

Has anyone gotten redness/bump in their inner labia ? So my partner and I were having sex , rough, and then I began to slowly dry out and it began to get painful. So we stopped. My whole area felt like it was stinging so I went to the bathroom and tried to pee and it stung . So I checked myself for tears , nothing. It was just red. Next day I check myself, no itching, it just hurt when I wiped and see a small bump in labia and it’s red. My bf did try a new condom. I searched the internet and it’s not clusters like stds. or anything just one small inflamed part of labia. Anyone gone through this? Im still scared to go to an obgyn I have no insurance .

Ps. (23 & still new to these sex things lol)

Update : applied coconut oil in morning 3 hours later it’s no longer red just looks a little swollen and a little red streak inside opening.
