Water??

Question

Hello ladies! I am confused. My daughter has started today on solids (rice cereals) and my sister says I need to start giving her water. 
Are you doing this? If so, what brand or kind of water?

nope. just breastmilk and solids.

just sips here and there with her food. my daughters pediatrician says no more than 2oz a day

If you use decide to use water do not use bottled it is purified  therefore it does not contain any vitamins that your little one needs if you want bottled instead of  tap use the nursery water you can buy in a jug near the formula because that contains iron and all of the other important minerals needed to keep your baby healthy

At 6 mos you can give them 2-4 oz of water a day. Generally just a few sips with meals. And just use bottled water. Tap water won’t hurt her either though.
