Bad Dreams
I know I’m going to sound like a child, but ever since I found out I was pregnant my dreams have been so vivid. sometimes weird sometimes disturbing but mostly scary... I’m laying here scared to go to sleep. My dreams have been so fucked up. I feel like I’m in nightmare on elm street lol. But seriously please tell me I’m not the only one? Is there anything that helps this? Like maybe diet? Or is it just inevitable?
