Im so lost

So i got with this guy feb. 14, 2017 and got engaged jan. 2018. We had a miscarriage in july 2017. We moved states in august 2017. Everything seemed ok till he got down here where live now and couldnt find a job. Im trying to be strong. I deal with major depression. I lost my mom march 2016 from cancer. Well as i was saying we have had sex faithfully cause he wants a kid. Well we havent done anything since Feb 20 so in one day tuesday i will have gone one month without sex. Its not like we dont see each other we sleep in the same bed. Idk if its me being overweight which i have been all my life. Or the miscarriage which that makes two for me. Or just stress. We cant afford for me to be on the medicine i need to be so im more moody but i think i should be allowed too
