Still not sure how to read my bbt chart. Do I need to keep tracking it for longer to notice anything. I take my temperature as soon as my eyes open

Hey, yeh it’s better if you chart from the first day of your cycle to get the lower temperatures, then you can see the significant rise after ovulation. I think yours looks good though! Keep charting every day and you’ll start to see patterns 💕😊
