10 weeks and bleeding heavy ?

I’m 10 weeks pregnant and been having constant bleeding I started bleeding earlier last week but was light and of and on and nothing major. I went to the doctor did an ultrasound and everything looked fine. But now I’m worried now since the bleeding is constant and way heavier. I’m going to the doctor later but has anyone every experience anything like this ?

Update: they did an ultrasound baby is still in there and has a heartbeat!! Now just the long wait to do blood test every other day to watch hormone levels.

Update: I am now 11 weeks and still bleeding. all blood work came back my hormone levels keep going up but not up like the doctor wants it. My progesterone levels are currently low so they are starting me on some medicine to bring it up. Ultrasound later today 🤞🏼🤞🏼 fingers crossed I can just get good news!

Update: baby is still in there and has a strong heart beat one ultrasound hb was 160 other ultrasound hb was 170. Doctor still don’t know why everything is going on right now.
