Abnormal Cycle

Since I got off the depo shot the beginning of 2017, my cycles have been on point. Well, last month I was 4-5 days late and now my period came on 2 weeks early 🙄 I took I home pregnancy test last month when I was late. Negative. I’m curious to know if I could be prego (my husband and I aren’t trying so that would be a shocker) but has anyone else every experienced anything similar and had a positive?
