Help please 😔😔

I found out I was pregnant February 9th... HCG’s went 17 to 79 to 179 then started dropping... lowest HCG I got was 36 on february 26th and then 2 weeks later on March 15th they had gone up to 59... I got another blood test done yesterday it has risen again to 67.... I took a test that’s obviously still saying positive... but it’s not even a faint positive it’s dark and showed up in 2 minutes...

Invasive ultrasound has been done nothing at all was seen in my tubes or my uterus... why are my levels still rising? Is there any hope? I doubt it because there not doubling.

I am spotting/bleeding here and there. Not consistently.

My doctor is so confused and will be referring me to a gynaecologist at this point..

Any help or insight would be great...
