4 weeks and peeing all night!

I am 4w & 1d and I am getting up twice at night to pee. Even AFTER peeing before I lay down! Ugh! It’s so frustrating. I feel like my body is doing most of its pregnancy stuff while I’m asleep lol anyone else this way this early?
